Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. The 30-day free trial starts with just a work email - 100 research queries and 10 documents, no card required.
What happens after the trial?
You choose a plan and add a card or set up BECS direct debit. If you don't, your account simply reverts to view-only until you do.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, any time. Contact us and we'll adjust your plan for the next billing cycle.
Is my clients' data kept private?
Yes. Your practice data is hosted in Australia and isolated per firm at the database level - firm-uploaded knowledge is never used to answer another firm's questions. To generate an answer, your question text is sent to our AI providers under their standard API terms, same as any AI product in this category. Nothing becomes firm work product without a human - Owner or Reviewer - explicitly signing off first. Full detail on where your data lives is on our About page.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Cancelling doesn't delete anything - your question history, documents, and firm knowledge stay in your account, we just don't take payment. If you need it exported to take elsewhere, contact us and we'll get it to you.
